Directions:
BODY - massage in after bath or shower or apply topically to aching muscles and joints as required.
BATH - add a few pumps (after the bath has run) and relax to allow the essential oils to penetrate into the skin and inhale the sweet aromas of Macadamia and Orange, warming Black Pepper and Marjoram and uplifting Scottish Highland Pine and Eucalyptus.
