Seaweed

Historically, there’s a close connection between kelp or seaweeds and the history of soap making in Scotland. In the Highlands it was once gathered, dried and then burned to produce soda ash (mostly calcium carbonate) for use in the soap industry. But that was a long time ago. Seaweed is highly regarded as being good for the circulation and may help with a detox.
