Mint
Everyone knows the scent of this plant in all its forms. And it has an equally well-known wide range of culinary and herbal uses. Some types at least were brought to the UK by the Romans and it certainly thrives in Scottish gardens. And we agree with the old gardening advice that if you are going to grow it, confine it in a large bucket dug in to the plot! We’ve had good feedback from users of the soaps below that the fresh zingy scent certainly clears their heads while under the shower in the morning!
