Goats' milk

There are more wild goats in Scotland than you might expect. Or maybe you didn’t expect any? You can see them in the north-west Highlands, the Black Isle, by the side of Loch Lomond and in the Galloway Forest Park. And as Gaelic ‘gabhar’ there are quite a few Scottish place names including Stob Gabhar ‘goat peak’ – a fine mountain that overlooks Rannoch Moor. The goat’s milk in our range though comes not from wild goats but from tame ones. If you insist on wild goat, then we’ll have to ask our supplier just to annoy a tame one. I love these old jokes the best…..
