Are these handmade products safe and properly tested?
All the products stocked and sold by Natural Beauty Scotland are in compliance with the Cosmetics Products (Safety) Regulations 2004.
All our suppliers have had their products inspected and passed by an independant analytical chemist and certified them safe to sell in the EU.
All our suppliers are registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). Their goods all conform to the relevant EU Directives for Cosmetic Products.
Are your products tested on animals and are they suitable for vegetarians?
No animal fats are used in any of the products we stock – also none are tested on animals. All products are suitable for vegetarians. Only those that contain honey, beeswax or goats milk are unsuitable for vegans.
